How we work with wholesale orders:

* Give us a shout by filling up the above form or by calling us directly over phone with your specifications. If you don't have any idea as to how it would look or regarding the size, just ask for a sample; we shall come and meet you in person or we can courier it to you based on mutual feasibility. 

 

* Jute being a coarse fabric, we screen print all our bags. Thus, printing multicoloured images on a coarse fabric would'nt bring out the exact colours as seen on a paper. Nevertherless, we try our best to replicate the image.
 

* Once we finalise the design and other requisites, we can proceed with the order by developing a sample.
 

* Please note that we cannot change the print once it's been finalized because it is screen printing, however the existing screen cannot be altered but can be changed completely on request., charges may apply. 
 

* The irregularities and variations in the colors and texture of this fabric are characteristic of the fabric adding to its natural beauty, and is in no way to be considered as defective.

 

* We need a minimum of ten days or more to process the order depending on the quantity.
 

* An advance payment of 50 percent of the total amount should be paid upon confirming the order. The balance 50 percent shall be paid at the time of delivery.

 

* Transportation charges may apply based on the location.

 
Shipping & Delivery Policy

Jucoholic is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at jucoholic@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Cancellation and Refund policy

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we start the process on the same day. As long as your order has not been processed, you can cancel or get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The full refund will be initiated online in your bank account. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if the terms and conditions listed below are met.

In case of printed products you can cancel your orders within 24 hour of booking the same order from your current order page.

In case of non-printed products you can cancel your orders before the shipment of your product. You are requested to immediately email at jucoholic@gmail.com along with your order number for any cancellations to be made, if you are not able to do it online.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those orders that have been placed during sale/festive events.

  • In case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The customer service after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaint regarding wrongly placed products no refund or exchange will be entertained.

  • Our customer care executives will never call you to ask your credit/debit card number, CVV number, OTP etc. 

  • We will never ask you your ATM pin or your online Password.

  • We will never share your details with anyone, without your prior consent.
